**경로**: `billing.seahorse.dnotitia.ai` → **설정** (Settings)

`Manage notifications and other settings`

상단 **Refresh** 로 현재 설정을 재조회합니다.

## Low Balance Alerts (잔액 부족 알림)

`Receive email notifications when your service balance falls below a threshold. Alerts are sent at most once every 24 hours.`

서비스 잔액이 지정한 임계치 이하로 떨어지면 **이메일 알림** 을 받습니다. 알림은 **24 시간에 최대 1 회** 만 발송되어 반복 스팸을 방지합니다.

| **수신 토글**                   | `Receive email notifications when balance drops below threshold` — 알림 ON/OFF            |
| **임계치 입력**                  | 알림이 발송될 잔액 기준 (예: `5`)                                                                  |
| **통화**                      | `KRW` (고정)                                                                              |
| **Current alert threshold** | 현재 저장된 임계치 (예: `₩5`) — `You will be notified when your balance falls below this amount` |
| **Save**                    | 설정 저장                                                                                   |

  **임계치를 너무 낮게 설정하면 잔액 소진 직전에 알림이 와서 대응이 늦어질 수 있습니다.** 트래픽 규모를 고려해 **하루 평균 사용액의 3\~5 배** 정도로 설정하길 권장합니다. 예를 들어 일평균 ₩3,000 사용 → 임계치 ₩10,000\~₩15,000.

  * 알림은 가입 시 등록한 이메일로 발송됩니다.
  * 자동 충전이 등록되어 있다면 임계치 알림 + 자동 충전을 함께 설정해 잔액 0 으로 인한 호출 차단을 방지하세요. ([결제 수단](/billing/billing-payment-method))
  * 24 시간 내 중복 알림은 묶여서 1 회만 발송됩니다.
